ABC (Achieving business control) is an off the shelf
customer relationship management package. It allows
you to keep track of your client and lead
information, as well as store all history of contact
with clients.
ABC allows you to conduct targeted marketing
campaigns and will perform an analysis of the
effectiveness of those campaigns for you via
extensive reporting capabilities. It will also track
sales, and report on conversions from leads to
clients and from contacts to sales.
ABC is easy to use, and robust. It will integrate
with most email packages and selected financial
packages to allow you to view important client
financial information via the standard ABC
interface.
ABC also provides the ability for you take your
information with you, via the ABC PDA application
through TCP/IP access. All of your information can
be made available on a PDA, live and secure.
