Q: Is a dedicated server required for ABC?

A: For a single user version of ABC, you do not need a dedicated server. If you have a multi user version of ABC, we suggest that you have a separate PC used to host ABC, because user workstations are often used for other tasks and may require reboots etc. ABC also works better when not competing for processing power with desktop applications.

Q: Do I need any other software to run ABC?

A:  No you do not. If you wish to extract information from Outlook into ABC, you will of course need Outlook. If you wish to send html emails, you may need an html design package, unless you can code html manually. But to run ABC, you do not need third party software.

Q: Can I send email with graphics?

A: Yes you can but you need to be able to create HTML code and need to be able to host the graphics on a web server. The html email will use your web server to display the graphics within your email.

Q: Do I need to have an internet connection?

A: To send email to your clients, you will need to have an internet connection and you will also need to have a valid email address.
