CGI’s dairy software has fast become Australasia’s industry standard system. The milk analysis and data processing system, known as MADCAP, is servicing nearly every major dairy product manufacturing company in Australia and New Zealand. Major installations include Fonterra, Australian Diary Farmers, Bonlac, Lactos and Nestle.

Demand from major customers was the driving force that induced CGI to develop a range of CRM systems to suit small to very large organisations.
