Share Register / Equity

The share register/equity module provides the following functions:

• Definition of share/security types
• Issue of shares to shareholders, and management of all transactions, i.e. issue, transfer, cancellation etc
• Definition of annual (or other) shareholder meetings, printing of voting papers, management of voting entitlements, vote entry and reporting
• Calculation and payment of dividends
• Extensive inquiry, reporting and report writer options
